Abstract

In order to test the stability of the electron beam device, the waveforms of voltage and current were measured. The homogeneity of electron beam in cavity was probed when the diode was discharged. To charge the vacuum of diode, the stability of fluorescence spectra of argon pumped by electron beam was measured.
