Market orientation and organisational innovation in leisure eco-farm – moderator of organisational climate

Abstract

Eco-farm is a type of tourism and an optional leisure for modern people. Taking employees of leisure eco-farms in Taiwan as the research objects, the relevance among market orientation, organisational learning, organisational innovation, and organisational climate of leisure eco-farms is discussed in this study. The questionnaire survey is preceded with convenience sampling, and formal employees working in leisure eco-farms for more than six months are surveyed. Total 300 copies of questionnaire are distributed, and 201 valid copies are retrieved. The research findings show significantly positive effects of market orientation on organisational learning and organisational innovation, remarkably positive effects of organisational learning on organisational innovation, and partial mediation effects of organisational learning on market orientation and organisational innova-tion. Organisational climate would appear moderation effects on market orientation and organisational learning as well as organisational learning and organisational innovation.
