Abstract
To improve recall ratio & precision ratio of manufacturing services in service oriented architecture environment, a manufacturing service chain construction method based on product structure was proposed. Relationships among product structure, manufacturing tasks and manufacturing services were analyzed at first. A manufacturing service classification model based on product structure was proposed. This model divided manufacturing services into four parts: Product manufacturing service, assembly manufacturing service, part manufacturing service and work procedure manufacturing service. The expanded manufacturing service chain was also described. A matching and composition process for manufacturing tasks and manufacturing services was briefly discussed. Finally, the prototype and application example of manufacturing service platform were presented. And further research work was also put forward.
