Abstract

In the light of shortcomings of existing organizational modeling methods, basic structural elements, such as dynamic team, basic structural unit, and role, are introduced through the analysis of organizational features of enterprises in the manufacturing industry. The basic structural units are used as atoms to form the static and dynamic organizations in a multi-state enterprise organization, thereby it suggests an organizational view modeling method for enterprises in the manufacturing industry to describe different organizations of enterprises, and a set of modeling tools was developed under the guide of this modeling method. An actual application is used as a typical example to illustrate that the modeling method can be used for both construction and maintenance of structural models to integrate models of enterprises in the manufacturing industry.
