Abstract
Two methods and researching status of manufacturing TiAl based alloy sheet, including ingot metallurgy and powder metallurgy, were briefly reviewed. And the fabrication processes and materials properties of cast rolling, tape casting and physical vapor deposition were introduced. Meanwhile, the prospects for these techniques were also described.
