Abstract

The orientation accuracy of the indirect magnetic field orientation (IFOC) is greatly affected by the rotor time constant, and the orientation deviation will lead to poor torque consistency at different temperatures. In this paper, a magnetic field orientation deviation observer (FODO) and a magnetic field orientation deviation compensation controller (FODCC) are established to correct the magnetic field orientation error online. The steady-state and transient simulation results show that the FODCC can correct the magnetic field orientation error accurately, and the torque control error and magnetic field orientation error decrease obviously.
