Abstract

It discusses a novel algorithm in signal reconstruction for multi-functional sensors - look up table (LUT), which is based on least square method and the reverse function of Moore-Penrose matrix. The proposed method is capable of measurand reconstruction of three variables, and is immune to morbidity of data matrix. In order to validate this arithmetic, emulation circuits are put forward together with the theories analysis, as well as the experiment results and error analysis.
