Abstract

For the problem of making monthly trade schedule of electricity energy, real electric power network usually uses average decomposition method. This method is simple, but it is ill-considered for factors, and its scheduling results usually make difficulty for continued daily dispatch. For this status, this paper proposes a new load ratio deflection method for making monthly trade schedule of directly dispatched thermal power generation units. The method first corrects monthly decomposition values of yearly contract volume for the scheduling month, according to the past months' finished volumes, maintenance schedules and load distribution factors of the continued months. Next, for the scheduling month, the method properly adjusts load rations of different generation units on the base of monthly average load ration, according to the rankings of integrative cost index of generation and network corporations, society and environment. The scheduling results with the method not only satisfies restriction of monthly volume, but also considers maintenance and load distribution, and decreases system's integrative cost. Example shows that the method is reasonable and effective.
