N2 - Because of the increasing use of electronics, the miniaturization of switching supplies and the magnetic integration technology of planar transformers are worthy of studying. In this paper, the planar transformer of LLC is optimized. With the purpose to optimize the design of the planar transformer of LLC, this paper adopts matrix converter and variable width winding design. At last , With the purpose to verify the correctness of theory and analysis, we make a 300W 1MHz 400V/24V LLC converter.
