Abstract
Space-time block coder (STBC) and linear precoder can improve MIMO system's performance significantly. In practical system, however, performances of STBC and linear precoder are badly influenced by the relationship of antennas and the error of channel side information in the transmitter (CSIT) respectively. This paper proposed a novel linear precoder designs at the transmitter for a space-time coded system. The simulation results demonstrate significant gains over conventional methods in a scenario with imperfect CSIT and relative antennas.
