Linear Hall Position Calculation Method of PMLSM Based on Type-III PLL

Abstract

In this paper, a linear Hall position calculation method of PMLSM based on type-III phase-locked loop (PLL) is proposed. In addition, the linear Hall sensor is used to detect the position, and the PLL is used to calculate the position, thus realizing the error-free tracking of the solved position of PMLSM in acceleration and deceleration stages. In order to solve the problem that the traditional PLL can't track the acceleration signal without error, type-III PLL is studied. By designing parameters such as shear frequency and low order harmonic attenuation coefficient, the dynamic and static ability of position calculation is improved. Finally, through the simulation analysis of the whole position detection system, the effectiveness of this method is verified.
