Abstract

A novel sensor called laser conjugation direting sensor (LCTS) which based on differential focusing was presented. Principle of conjugation directing was adopted to avoid the dispersion effects of laser projecting on targets in the regulation process. The adaptability to different targets was improved. The limit of the range of inspection for the lens depth of field was resolved. Targets with different height can be positioned. LCTS realized targets and laser points positioning and targeting at the same time. The accuracy and efficiency of target and laser directing were improved.
