Abstract

The article studies processes in ionospheric turbulent plasma, which is created as a result of parametric instability. Numerical modeling of the motion of trapped electrons in the field of cavitons is performed. Based on Kramers theory, an approach to calculating the time of electrons' stay in a potential well is proposed. Arguments in favor of the adequacy of the approach are given.
