Abstract
To improve efficiency for large-scale complicated product design, the case decomposition and reuse of scheme design knowledge were studied, as well as a case reuse method based on Axiomatic Design (AD) was proposed. With this method, Decomposition interaction was firstly applied in multi-hierarchy case decomposition to build the multi-hierarchy case model. Knowledge reuse model was put forward based on multi-hierarchy case database to achieve case reuse. An example of large-scale hydraulic turbine scheme design was provided to validate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.
