Kinetics of electroless Ni-P alloy deposition

Abstract

Based on the investigation of the influence of the various experimental parameters (hypophosphite and nickel sulfate concentrations, pH and temperature of plating solution) on the deposition rate, the reaction process of electroless plating Ni-P alloy was analyzed, and the kinetics of electroless plating Ni-P alloy studied according to atomic hydrogen theory. The kinetic equation is established by making sure kinetic parameters. The deposition rate in electroless plating from lactic acid bath is forecasted via the reaction equation.
