Abstract

Charged particle irradiation is one of the most important factors on the reliability and the lifetime of spacecraft, and become a research focus of the space technology. The space environments, irradiation effect and the irradiation shielding methods, namely active and passive shielding, are demonstrated in the paper. Furthermore, in this paper, the theoretical calculation of the charged particle shielding and the test methods of the irradiation are summarized, and the summarized theory and test methods can serve as reference for the design of the antiradiation of the spacecraft.
