This paper proposes an identification resolution-enhanced Asset Administration Shell (AAS) for digital twins modeling (IR4AAS). IR4AAS features a unit-level DT model equipped with unique identification and a unified external service interface. IR4AAS builds a hierarchical DT model using business orchestration technique. Its effectiveness is validated through a case study in a precision machining workshop.",
