Abstract

The La0.30Ce0.70O2-δ interlayer was prepared by the method of solid state reaction and co-deposition method respectively, X-ray diffraction was used to characterize the performance of La-doped with the calcination temperature. The results showed that LDC30 powder could be obtained by co-deposition at lower temperature. LDC30 interlayers were prepared with the two powders. It was found that LDC30 obtained by solid state reaction was loose and porous, however that prepared by co-deposition was fairly dense and united closely with electrolyte to prevent effectively reaction between anode and electrolyte. EIS results showed the interior of the grains, grain-boundary resistance and polarization resistance of LDC30 prepared by co-deposition were lower largely than that prepared solid state reaction method.
