Abstract

Under the policy guidance and promotion of the Chinese government, digital technology has been deeply applied and integrated in the field of health care, and the digital health care industry has shown vigorous development, with numerous service models constantly emerging. This paper conducts an in-depth study on the current digital healthcare services for the elderly in China through literature research, field investigations, and interviews. It comprehensively sorts out the typical models of digital elderly-health-care services in China, including membership service mechanism, service item mechanism, joint operation market mechanism, digital value-added service model, and government purchasing service mechanism. This paper also analyzes the digitization level, service features, profit models, and existing problems of these service models, aiming to provide references for promoting the development of digital health care services in China.
