Abstract

The feasibility of applying large-area-scanning infrared imaging technique to the corrosion detection on the inner surface of metal tube has been verified by detailed computer simulation and experiments. The different applications of stationary and dynamic detection and the influence of the selection of loading power and loading time on the detection accuracy in dynamic detection were discussed.
