Abstract

In view of the current application of information systems for electric power industry, the model and method for implementing overall information security evaluation in power systems by means of fuzzy comprehensive judgment are proposed, based on the systems security engineering capability maturity model (SSE-CMM). The hierarchical architecture processed by fuzzy comprehensive judgment according to SSE-CMM is expounded, followed by determining the fuzzy judgment matrix and weight coefficient of different factors on the basis of characteristics of the electric power information system. The SSE-CMM-based procedure for implementing information security evaluation of the power system with the fuzzy comprehensive judgment method is presented through a calculation example.
