Abstract
Features of application process for information technology in enterprises, including multi-rank, multi-feedback loops, and non-linear, were analyzed. Based on the existing researches, models of influencing factors on IT application, as well as the reciprocity model among sub-factors were constructed. According to these two models, qualitative analyses about the positive feedback loops and negative feedback loops were discussed as well as the reciprocity among influencing factors. By analyzing feedback loop and interrelationships among influencing factors through Structure Equation Model (SEM), suggestions for improving IT application level were provided. Instead of static and linear model, discussion of reciprocity among sub-factors increased the value of research results by system dynamic methodology.
