Abstract
The composition contents of gasifier outlet syngas were assessed first, and the calculation results were basically conformed to the literature data. Then, the 200 MW level integrated gasification combined cycle (IGCC) system model was established. And the performance of IGCC system was calculated with fundamental parameters, by which the performance parameters of the whole system were obtained. Finally, the gasifier performances and the whole IGCC system efficiency were compared at different gasification temperature, coal slurry concentration, oxygen concentration and O/C ratio. The syngas composition volume contents, cold gas efficiency, effective gas (CO+H2) content, oxygen consumption rate, coal consumption rate and the whole IGCC system efficiency under different gasification conditions were analyzed. Results show that higher coal slurry concentration helps to increase the coal gas efficiency of gasifier; Gasification temperature has a relatively greater influence on the IGCC system performance; Higher oxygen concentration is positive to enhance the efficiencies of both the cold gas gasification and the system. The best O/C ratio corresponding to this system is around 1.2.
