Abstract

At present, incineration is considered the world over of being the one of the best ways for dealing with oily sludge. With an eye on the oily sludge in Chinese oil fields, a kind of differential density circulating fluidized bed combustion technology for treating oily sludge is proposed. This is a clean way of transforming oily sludge into energy, involving relatively low operating cost and diminishing the cost of oil exploitation; simultaneously realizing peril-free treatment of pollutants, cutting down its bulk, transforming it into energy, thereby solving the problem of environmental contamination. The technical particularities and the technological process of fluidized bed incineration treatment is being described in detail, together with the design parameters and structural features of a 20 t/h circulating fluidized bed incineration boiler.
