Abstract

S-Phenyl-(E)-3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)prop-2-enethioate elimination, phenyl nitration, nitro reduction, amino oxidation and I2 addition to CC reactions were confirmed with surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS).
