Abstract
his paper aims at the rescheduling problem of spacecraft observation plan under uncertainty, and studies the rescheduling strategy in detail. First, it analyzes the features of the exiting rescheduling strategies. According to their short comings, by introducing the BP neural network, this paper furtherly proposes a hybrid rescheduling strategy based on minimum interval. The computation of the example shows that using the proposed method, not only the dynamic processing environment is met and a satisfied seheduling result is obtained, but also the reseheduling degree is decreased.The simulation results demonstrate the availability of this method.
