abstract = "Permanent magnet linear synchronous motors (PMLSMs) are frequently used in high-precision CNC machine tools because they are fast, precise and responsive. High-thrust PMLSM is generally iron-cored, and the thrust ripples caused by the end effect directly affect the performance and accuracy of the system. A common suppression method is to add auxiliary teeth. This paper analyzes the optimization steps of permanent magnet linear synchronous motors with auxiliary teeth and compensation coils in different pole-slot combinations, comparing different optimization strategies. Compared with the serial optimization of the primary core parameters and auxiliary teeth size the parallel optimization has better results.",
