Abstract
A way to establish a high precision model of the air pressure buffer in a turbo jet was introduced. It contains two phases: firstly to derive the nonlinear model structure based on the physical mechanism of the buffer; secondly to identify the parameters of the nonlinear model from test data. Through the comparison between the simulation results and the field test results, it is shown that the maximum error of the nonlinear model is only a third of that of the linear model.
