Abstract

The traffic network's connectivity and accessibility are the key factors for the tourist attractions, especially in the ice-snow environment. This paper focuses on the Ice-snow tourism traffic network evaluation and re-optimization, first uses the questionnaire survey to obtain the travel behavior of the ice-snow tourists, and based on social network theory to assess the ice-snow tourist traffic flow network. Then this paper analyzes the detailed information of the individual network and the overall network's characteristics of the Ice-snow tourism traffic flow network, which includes the degree of centricity, closeness Centrality and betweeness centrality. Then combination with the Internet + service, this paper presents a Internet + passenger transportation optimization method for the ice-snow tourist traffic flow network. By comparing the indicators changes, the Internet + passenger transportation optimization method and suggestions can be useful to improve ice-snow tourist attractions and promote the ice-snow transportation service. This research will be useful to understand the present situation of the ice-snow tourism transportation system in Harbin.
