Abstract
The components used in aeroengines are usually affected by both temperature and load. The high-temperature bending fracture caused by the combined action of high temperature and load is a huge hidden danger. In this article, the high-temperature three-point bending test of Ti60 alloy rolled sheet is carried out. In order to improve the bending property of Ti60 alloy, the authors carry out vacuum solution aging treatment. The microstructure and crack propagation behavior are observed, and the bending property is studied. The results show that the bending strength σbb of the rolled sheet treated by solution aging treatment are increased. This is because when the crack propagates in lamellar structure, it needs to constantly change its direction to bypass the lamellar structure. This will consume more energy. The original rolled sheet has a strong {0001}<10-10> texture with a texture strength of 9.08, and the rolled sheet treated by vacuum solution aging treatment has a strong {11-20}<0001> texture with a texture strength of 45.59. Although they are both the hard orientations, the texture intensity of {11-20}<0001> is much higher, which contributed to its high bending strength σbb.
