Abstract
An oil-free ignition method of pulverized coal burner was proposed, which mixes high-temperature oxygen and high concentration pulverized coal directly to ignite pulverized coal flow, and the corresponding high-temperature oxygen-enriched oil-free pulverized coal ignition device was designed. At the same time, the ignition experimental system was built and the corresponding study on high-temperature oxygen-enriched oil-free ignition of pulverized coal burner was carried out. The results show that: when the oxygen heating temperature is higher than 750°C, the ignition device could be ignited safely by high-temperature oxygen under the design conditions; the increase of pulverized coal concentration, primary air temperature and oxygen flow rate is helpful for pulverized coal ignition and combustion, but the increase of primary air velocity is not conducive to pulverized coal ignition and combustion; pulverized coal concentration is a primary influence factor for the average field temperature, and its variation is over 800°C within the test range 0.2-1.2; primary air temperature is a primary influence factor for the oxygen heating temperature, and its variation is over 450°C within the test range 10~250°C; when the oxygen heating temperature is not high enough, some measures are necessary to avoid the explosion phenomenon in the ignition process.
