Abstract

The deformation characteristic at high temperature were analysed after studied the influence of temperature and strain rate on flow stress curve of 95W-5(Ni/Fe/Co) alloy. The results show that early working hardening is quite obvious for the alloy when deformation happened at 200°C-600°C, and the yield strength of the alloy is higher. A characteristic of flow stress curves of 95W-5(Ni/Fe/Co) alloy at 700°C-1300°C is that the slope became smaller and a unabiding stabilization appear. That is due to dynamic recovery occurred in binding phase. Moreover, the high temperature plasticity increase with the strain rate. Analysis results by SEM validate the change reason of the high temperature plasticity.
