Abstract

Repeating ground track orbit is useful for satellite to detect the changes of the interested area with identical viewing conditions repetitively. The attitude control system for this kind of mission is a repetitively-operated dynamic system. An anticipatory iterative learning control (ILC) scheme is proposed to improve the attitude control accuracy for the above attitude control mission. Simulation results show that the attitude control accuracy can be greatly improved by using the anticipatory ILC scheme.
