High order harmonic generation in neon in static gas target

Abstract

High-order harmonics in ultra-short intense laser fields by using 0.5 TW commercial fs laser were studied. 5th-17th harmonic radiation of 120 fs/795 nm Ti:sapphire laser in neon as nonlinear media in static gas target are reported. High harmonic intensities vs gas pressures are investigated with 38.5 mJ linearly-polarized laser.
