Abstract
We demonstrate a nonreciprocal transmission in photonic integrated circuits based on a chiral silicon microring. Nonreciprocal light propagation is achieved with a nonreciprocal bandwidth exceeding 15 GHz and an insertion loss below 0.2 dB.
