N2 - This paper deals with the problem of guaranteed cost control for a class of uncertain nonlinear time-delay systems. The nonlinearities are assumed to satisfy global Lipschitz conditions and the uncertain parameters are supposed to reside in a polytope. The aim is to find a state-feedback controller, such that the closed-loop system is not only asymptotically stable, but also has better performance. This problem is solved through a parameter-dependent approach, which has the potential to yield less conservative results than the quadratic framework. A numerical example shows the applicability of the proposed controller design method.
