Abstract

This paper considers the design of guaranteed cost controllers (GCC) for networked control systems (NCSs) with the effects of long network induced delay. Based on a discrete-time model, a new method for GCC synthesis of NCSs is presented by introducing some slack matrix variables. The designed GCC is of memoryless type, which can be obtained by solving a set of linear matrix inequalities. Simulation results show that the control strategy presented in this paper is effective and feasible.
