Abstract
On the basis of analysis for decision problems faced in building the dynamic alliance organization, the framework of the distributed group decision support system (GDSS) based on multi-agent, as an important part of the virtual organization's integrated support environment, was proposed. The decisions may reduce to following kinds: market opportunity decision, selection of companion enterprise, agile virtual enterprise organization mode and profit/risk distribution decision. The architecture of the GDSS was presented. The architecture for each decision agent was presented also, which includes user interface and problem description, definition system, execution system and information management system.
