Abstract
Based on the research of GIS (geographic information system), the spatial database topology relation of the intelligent uptown patrol management was built. The DSS (decision support system) of patrol point setting and patrol route choice was also established. The main model of DSS was introduced. The differential equation was formed with the artificial neural network. The setting and operating of intelligent patrol management system were disserted in detail.
