Gelation and heat treatment of preparing BaNc-4TisO-4 with îAutocombustion methods

Abstract

Some factors that affect the behavior of sol-gel process, such as pH value, H20 concentration and heating temperature were investigated. TG-DTAand XRD analysised the procedure of dried gels with increasing temperature and the structure of as-calcined powders. The results indicated that the crystallizing temperature of BaNd2Ti5Oi4 was 509°C and the size of the crystallized powders calcined at 800° C for 2h was SOnm.
