Gas mixing mechanism taking CO2 AS cushion gas and feasibility of operation control

Abstract

As the national gas delivering system consisted of "West-east gas transmission" pipeline etc. appears, the season' s peak shaving problem of city gas supply becomes severe day by day. It is the important basic research subject with predictive and economic significance to develop new technology, theory and method of underground gas storages that fit Chinese situation to make the gas storages economically and efficiently operating. It can save the aggradations cost, realize the deposits of carbon sequestration and reduce the greenhouse effect to use CO2 as the cushion gas of underground gas storage. Therefore, the issues such as the optical thermodynamic conditions and the source of CO2 as cushion gas; the chaos characteristics of diffuse of carbon dioxide in natural gas under different working conditions: the proportion of carbon dioxide in the cushion gas; the optical positions of injection/recovery wells; the optical injection/recovery volume and time are studied. The study results not only innovate and improve the diffuse coupling theory of percolation, fill the blank of gas-storing system theory, but also provide the theoretical basis and technical support for deposits of carbon sequestration and gas storage building and operating.
