Abstract

In this paper, a frequency-selective rasorber (FSR) with a high efficiency transmission window is proposed for stealth and security applications. By utilizing a new equivalent circuit model to generate the transmission window, there is no lumped and distributed inductor/capacitor (LC) element is used in this structure. Moreover, communication security and stealth performance are promised on the account of the low reflection at operation band. The reflection power is lower than 10 percent from 2.8 GHz to 5.7 GHz, while the transmission window locates at 5.6 GHz with 0.17 dB insertion loss. Finally, simulated results are consistent with circuit computed results, and the rasorber is endurable with the oblique incidence.
