Abstract

Principle and key technologies of fluidization-suspension combustion technology of coal water slurry (CWS) was introduced. A SHFS14-1.0/115/70-SM3 boiler using the technology was taken to be an example to introduce its design principle and idea. The heat engineering characteristics and environmental protection performance were tested. The results show that its capacity is 14.149 MW, the heat efficiency is 91.525%, its SO2 concentration is 346.1 mg/m3 and NOx concentration is 469.5 mg/m3. And the emission meets the national standards of type II regions.
