Abstract

The finite element model of blisk is made by the several softwares and based on the different temperature effects during the welding process, three kinds of typical welding sequences including welding in turn, 90° and 180° welding sequence is chosen to analyse the welding distortion. The calculation results show that 180° welding sequence is not the optimal, the welding in turn is better than the other two welding sequences under the same welding conditions. Reasonable welding sequence will change with different material welding processes and structure, which provides the theoretical basis for blisk and large-scale complex component welding sequence.
