Abstract

In this paper, according to a simplified eddy current model, the affection by eddy current in d.c. electromagnet core on closing movement time of the armature is mainly analyzed.And on the basis of this, dynamic characteristic of d.c. electromagnet is calculated by means of the finite element method (FEM for short).
