Abstract

Abstract: We propose a scheme to fast controlled preparation of two-atom maximally entangled stateand N-atom Wstate in the directly coupled cavities systems via shortcuts to adiabatic passage (STAP).Numerical simulation demonstrates that the scheme is faster than adiabatic passage androbust against the decoherence caused by atomic spontaneous emission and photon leakage. The result provides a theoretical basis for the manipulation of quantum states in thedirectly coupled cavities systems via STAP and contributes to the understanding of morecomplex systems.
