Abstract
To address the limited accuracy of traditional single-hazard models in equipment-level fault risk assessment of distribution networks, this paper proposes a novel failure rate analysis method under typhoon-rainstorm compound disasters. A compound disaster scenario is first constructed to investigate the impact mechanism of such disasters on distribution network equipment. Then, the failure probability is quantified based on the stress-strength interference model. The proposed method enhances both the accuracy and comprehensiveness of fault probability assessment under compound disaster scenarios, and provides theoretical guidance and technical support for disaster-prevention planning and emergency dispatch of regional distribution networks.
