Abstract

We report a facile transmission-imaging-based label-free biosensing scheme utilizing ultra-dense plasmonic nanoparticle arrays integrated. Rapid biomolecular surface detections with analyte concentrations around sub- 1 ng/mL were accomplished using deep learning algorithm combined with hyperspectral images.
