Abstract
The idea of using extended H∞ control to solve the non-standard H∞ problem for descriptor systems is discussed. And the necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of a comprehensively stabilizing controller are proved. Based on the result of the quasi-admissible solutions of two generalized Riccati equations, a family of DS extended H∞ controllers are then given.
