Abstract
With the continuous development of the economy and society, the transportation sector is evolving rapidly. The number of vehicles keeps increasing, and problems such as traffic congestion have become increasingly severe. To effectively and efficiently guide urban traffic flows, alleviate traffic congestion, it is necessary to analyze and study the travel choice behaviors of travelers. This paper adopts the theory of individual choice behavior based on behavioral and psychological theories. By researching the behavior choice based on the needs of individuals or groups, the travel choice behavior of travelers is analyzed, and the departure time choice model of travelers is constructed. By designing a questionnaire with quantitative indicators, the main factors influencing travelers’ choice of departure time were discussed. Establish, analyze, and calibrate multivariate logistic models for departure time selection.
